(TSX-V: "GPG"); (OTCQB: "GPTRF"); (Frankfurt: "GPB"); ("Grande Portage" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that the Company has secured eligibility by The Depository Trust Company ("DTC") for its shares on the OTCQB. DTC is a subsidiary of the Depository Trust & Clearing Corp. that manages the electronic clearing and settlement of publicly traded companies in the United States. DTC eligibility will simplify the process of trading and is expected to enhance liquidity of the Company's common shares on the OTC marketplace where Grande Portage Resources Ltd. now trades under the symbol "GPTRF".
In addition, the Company announces that subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, the Company has granted incentive stock options to various directors, officers and consultants to purchase up to 1,200,000 common shares exercisable on or before September 24, 2023 at a price of $0.22 per share.
